As you may recall from my previous post, I love keeping a planner. I fell off a little when I found out I was pregnant because I wasn’t planning or doing much. However, now that I’m feeling better, I have had the chance to get back in the groove.
Previously the only planner I was using was my rose gold vertical Erin Condren. I still use that for my day to day planner. It’s been really helpful in keeping track of my school assignments and cleaning. In addition to using my Erin Condren, I recently got a personal sized black Kikki K and I love it! I got all of my inserts from SewMuchCrafting and they are the best.
I use my Kikki K for blog planning. I am able to keep track of my Instagram followers, how many views my blog has had daily and what posts I am planning for that particular week. I am loving this new system that I came up with. Now that I am planning what posts I want to make on the blog it is so much easier to keep myself accountable and give you guys more material! Along with that, it makes things easier because I came up with a set schedule of what posts I am making on each day. If you are a blogger and you don’t use a planner to keep track of your posts and your views as well as followers, I would recommend it 100%. The inserts that I have are the week on one page with grid on the opposite page. It gives me just enough space to get some stickers and decorating in but not too much to where I feel like I’m not using my inserts to their full potential. The main things I track in my planner are the views that I get each day, the posts that I am making each day, and the tasks that I have to do each day. For example, some days I focus on different aspects of my social media, like Pinterest and Twitter. Other days I just put a little quote. Like, this past week I had a quote that says “Today, I will make things happen”.
